Calendly Tutorial

Calendly is a digital scheduling tool that could help to make virtual parent-teacher conferences easy! Calendly has features that help to organize your schedule, allow participants to choose meeting times, and syncs Zoom links with your calendar.

Calendly is extremely user-friendly. You can set up meetings in only a few simple steps.

1. Choose meeting type.
    - If you want to meet with all parents at the same time, choose "Group."
    - For private meetings with parents, choose "One-on-one."

2. Add your availability to the calendar. This helps parents to select a time that you are available to meet.
3. Choose how you would like to meet! Calendly has many options to make your life easier. You can link Zoom, Google, and Microsoft accounts for easier organization.

4. Change meeting duration.

5. You're all set—it's that simple! Parents will now be able to select a time to meet with you.

6. Parents will give their name, email, and whatever concerns they would like to talk about during the meeting. The meeting details will automatically be emailed to both you and the parent, and the event will be added to your Google Calendar!

  1. Hey! I love this! I feel like this is such a wonderful tool for educators because we can select the times we want to meet and people can feel free to chat with us in those free times!
